Rendering and design project for one lot with two homes in Kauai, HI.  Created exterior and interior renderings for sale presentations, picked materials and created construction documents.  House 1 is a 3 bed, 3 bath, with an open concept floor plan and an exterior uncovered lanai.  The ARU on the property contains a 2 car garage, storage space, an apartment style living space with an additional bed, bath and kitchen.
